1. Physical Products (Fabrics)
We accept returns on fabric products within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
Non-returnable physical items:
- Items that have been cut, washed, or altered after delivery
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
2. Digital Products (Online Courses)
Due to the nature of digital content, online courses are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptions — we will issue a refund if:
- You have not accessed the course AND request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
- There is a technical issue preventing access and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- You will be notified by email once the refund is processed
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defect or our error — we cover return shipping
- For all other returns — customer is responsible for return shipping costs
